Tools I Love (And Actually Use)

Welcome to my digital toolbox! These are the tools that help me run my freelance blog, and keep my sanity intact.

Everything here is either something I personally use or truly believe can make life easier for freelancers, bloggers, and creatives.

I’ll keep this page updated as I try more tools. If you’ve got a favorite to recommend, or want help picking the right tools for your own blog contact me here:

🎨 Design + Branding

Canva

My go-to design tool for everything: Pinterest pins, blog graphics, Instagram stories, and even PDFs. The free plan is incredibly generous and super beginner-friendly.

🛠 Blogging Tools

Wordpress Logo

WordPress.com

Where this blog lives. Perfect for beginners and easy to use, even if you’ve never blogged before. If you’re starting out with no budget, it’s a solid place to begin.

MailerLite

Great email newsletter tool—especially if you want to send custom emails beyond blog updates. Free for up to 1,000 subscribers and super intuitive.

Ubersuggest

Ubersuggest is my go-to for keyword research without the headache. It helps me find blog post ideas people are actually searching for, see what’s working for others, and plan smarter, not harder.

🧠 Productivity + Organization

Toggl Track

Toggl Track helps me stay on top of my time because honestly, it’s way too easy for me to waste an hour scrolling or tweaking the same blog headline. I use it to track client work, blog time, and even Pinterest rabbit holes (oops).

Notion

I use Notion to plan my blog posts, organize freelance projects, and track goals. It’s like a customizable digital brain.

💰 Extras

Grammarly

Helps keep my writing sharp, especially when I’m juggling multiple projects. The free version is already great.
